Matt Brown is a cinematographer and photographer from Knoxville, TN. He studied photography at East Tennessee State University with the Guggenheim award-winning photographer Mike Smith. He’s been a part of the Chicago filmmaking community for 10 years, shooting short films, music videos and commercials while working as a crew member on such shows as NBC’s “Chicago Med”, Fox’s “Empire” and Netflix’s “Sense8”. He is a member of Local 600 - International Cinematographer’s Guild.
His photography has been featured on Looking at Appalachia and Lenscratch.
